1.Features

2.Dust collection performance
Because of the dense structure of the filter layer, especially for the collection of fine particles, it has an extremely high trapping property.
3.Differential pressure characteristic
Because of the microporous construction and high porosity of filter media, almost complete surface dust collection is achieved and the device operates at low differential pressures. At the same time, the number of pulses can be reduced, and the wear caused by the cleaning movement on the filter bag can be reduced, thereby prolonging the service life of the filter bag.
4.Durability
Our filter media has a soft filter layer of approximately 80 microns thick and excellent physical stress such as pulse cleaning.
5.Resistance, heat resistance
Our special filter media is made of 100% polytetrafluoroethylene fiber. It is resistant to liquid fluorine, chlorine trifluoride and molten alkali metal. It is resistant to all other chemicals and has good chemical stability and corrosion resistance. In addition, it has the best heat resistance among organic fibers, and the instantaneous use temperature can reach 260 °C.
6.Application
It is widely used in the treatment of incinerator waste gas at the beginning of incineration of municipal solid waste, and various other uses. In particular, a gasification melting furnace having a large number of fine particles has an extremely high evaluation in terms of an ash melting furnace, and has become an indispensable filter material.
